FUND SETUP EXPENSES: ****A one-time $400 expense holdback will be deducted from your initial investment amount to cover third-party fund setup costs, including legal documentation, fund administration setup, entity formation, and other required expenses. These are actual costs incurred by the fund and are not paid to the manager. This upfront holdback approach is more efficient than deducting these expenses from ongoing distributions, allowing for smoother monthly returns and simplified accounting. This holdback is reflected in the net investment amount used for return calculations.
