PLC 3 LLC - PLD 3 delivered consistent returns for September 2026 at 1.76–2.14%*, varying by tier. September set a new Dynamo origination volume record on both a monthly and quarterly basis, with $54.4 million funded across 41 loans. Dynamo also added four Managing Director positions during the month, covering RTL operations, DSCR operations, asset management, and specialty lending.
This applies to all investments into PLC 3 LLC-PLD 3 made on or before 9/1/26.
