PLC 3 LLC - PLD 3 delivered consistent returns for August 2026 at 1.76–2.14%*, varying by tier. Dynamo closed its inaugural securitization during the month, marking the fund's entrance into the institutional capital markets and a step toward committed, non-dilutive capital. August was also a record revenue month for the fund, on its second-highest volume month across a record number of loan units.
This applies to all investments into PLC 3 LLC-PLD 3 made on or before 8/1/26.
