PL Dynamo 2 May 2026 Fund Performance Report: 2.07-2.34% Returns

PL Dynamo 2 delivered 2.07–2.34%*, varying by share class for May, 2026. Q2 continues to build on momentum, with the Dynamo team setting a new all-time high in fund revenue in May while sustaining profitability. Origination volume remains ahead of forecast for the year, with the team focused on scaling DSCR volume and improving operational efficiency through new team members and a new internally developed Loan Origination System (LOS).

This applies to all investments into PL Dynamo 2 made on or before 5/1/26.

May 2026 Performance

The fund delivered its highest returns of 2026 across all share classes:

Class A: 2.07% monthly return* | 24.5% annualized*
Class B: 2.26% monthly return* | 26.7% annualized*
Class C: 2.34% monthly return* | 27.6% annualized* YTD Return:
- 10.2% for PL Dynamo 2, Class A
- 11.1% for PL Dynamo 2, Class B
- 11.5% for PL Dynamo 2, Class C

When will my return be sent? May distributions will be sent by the end of June for PL Dynamo 2 investors. Please allow 3–5 business days (depending on your financial institution) for processing and posting to your account.
If you elected to reinvest your distributions, the reinvested amount will be added to your capital balance and begin earning additional returns as of June 1st.
Your exact dollar amount will be available in your NAV Investor Portal approximately 45 days after the close of the period. You will receive your investor statements at this time.
