Dynamo priced and closed a $110 million securitization backed by a pool of its Residential Transition Loans, marking the firm's entry into the term securitization market with a broad base of institutional buyers participating. The loan pool was underwritten and is serviced entirely in-house by Dynamo's credit team, and Dynamo plans to return to the securitization market annually as origination volume grows.
